Terms of service
Last updated November 5, 2026
These terms cover your use of killahcam.com. By using the site, you agree to them.
Who we are
killahcam.com is run by Camille Olivier, who performs as Killah Cam, in New York City. “We” and “us” here mean him and this site.
Using this site
The site tells you about Killah Cam and lets you send an inquiry. Information on it, including availability and the dates on the calendar, can change without notice.
What’s not allowed
- Sending fake, spam or automated inquiries.
- Trying to get into parts of the site that aren’t yours, or interfering with how it runs.
- Copying the site’s content in bulk, or using bots or scrapers on it.
- Using the site for anything unlawful.
Inquiries and bookings
Sending an inquiry doesn’t book a date. A date is booked only once you’ve signed a booking agreement and your deposit has been received.
Please give accurate details: quotes and plans are based on what you tell us. You must be 18 or older to sign a booking agreement.
Your signed booking agreement sets out the terms of your event. If anything here differs from your agreement, the agreement wins.
Content
The text, photos, video and logo on this site belong to Killah Cam or to their owners and can’t be reused without permission.
Client and venue names and logos belong to their owners and are shown only to identify past work.
Other sites
Links to other services, such as Instagram, are there for convenience. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies.
No guarantees
The site is provided as is and as available. It may sometimes be down for updates or for reasons outside our control.
Responsibility
As far as the law allows, Killah Cam isn’t responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses from using the site. Responsibility for your event is covered by your booking agreement.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute about them will be handled in the state or federal courts in New York County, New York.
If part of these terms doesn’t hold
If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top changes too. Email any questions to [email protected].
