This page explains what killahcam.com collects, why, and what happens to it. Email any questions to [email protected].
Who we are
killahcam.com is run by Camille Olivier, who performs as Killah Cam, in New York City. “We” and “us” on this page mean him and this site.
What we collect
- When you send an inquiry: your name, email, the event type, date, location and guest count, any additional services you ask about, how you heard about Cam, and any details you add.
- Like any website, the host keeps basic technical logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) to keep the site running and secure.
Cookies
There are no advertising or analytics cookies, and nothing tracks you across other sites.
How it’s used
To answer your inquiry, quote and plan your event, and email you about it.
You’ll only get emails about your own inquiry. There’s no mailing list, and your information is never sold, rented or used for advertising.
Who else sees it
Cam, and the services that run the site: Render (hosting), Resend (email delivery) and Cloudflare (security and speed) and Google (venue address suggestions: as you type in the Location field, the text you type is sent to Google Maps to suggest addresses), which handle data only to provide those services. Beyond that, information is shared only if the law requires it.
Keeping it safe
The site runs over an encrypted connection, and only Cam can see inquiries.
No website can promise perfect security. If something ever went wrong that affected your information, you’d be told as the law requires.
How long it’s kept
Inquiries that don’t become bookings are deleted when they’re no longer needed.
Your choices
Email [email protected] to see, correct or delete your information.
Depending on where you live, privacy laws may give you more rights, such as knowing what’s held about you or limiting how it’s used. Ask by email and you’ll get an answer within the time the law allows.
Children
This site isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has sent us information, email [email protected] and it will be deleted.
Visiting from outside the US
The site is run from the United States, so information you send is handled there.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes too. Email any questions to [email protected].
